These draft terms describe how DILSH FASHION expects to handle online orders in Sri Lanka during launch.

This page is placeholder launch copy and must be reviewed before public legal reliance.

Orders and pricing

All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). Orders are confirmed after checkout is completed through PayHere or Cash on Delivery.

We may contact you to confirm delivery details before dispatch, especially for COD orders or incomplete addresses.

Payments

PayHere payments are confirmed through the payment gateway notification flow. Cash on Delivery is collected by the courier or DILSH representative at delivery.

Accounts

Customers are responsible for keeping account credentials secure. Account access may be disabled after a deletion request or suspected misuse.
