This draft shipping policy reflects the launch checkout process for Sri Lankan delivery.
Courier charges are calculated by district during checkout. Final delivery timing depends on destination, courier availability, and order confirmation.
Checkout requires a district and postal code before payment so the correct courier charge can be applied.
COD orders may receive a confirmation call or email before dispatch. Orders with unreachable contact details may be delayed.
If a parcel is delayed, damaged, or returned by the courier, contact DILSH with the order reference so the team can investigate.
