At Dilsh Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 7-day return policy for eligible items, subject to the conditions outlined below. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding returns.
Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Underwear, swimwear, or other intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons).
- Customized or personalized items.
- Items marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase.
Return Process

Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at dilshfashioninfo@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a brief explanation for the return.

Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).

Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error in the order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us.

Inspection: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return policy criteria.

Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item(s). The original delivery charge of LKR 450 is non-refundable.
Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at dilshfashioninfo@gmail.com with photos of the issue and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and cover any associated return shipping costs.
Delivery Charges

The standard delivery charge for all orders is LKR 450.

Orders with a weight above 1KG will incur an additional delivery charge of LKR 200 for each additional 500g.
